Because the challenges you’ll take on reflect your ambitions! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * **Process mapping and documentation**: Identify, analyze, and document operational workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards. * **Indicator and metric design**: Define KPIs and performance metrics to evaluate process effectiveness. * **Executive dashboard development**: Create interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to visualize results and trends. * **Reporting automation**: Implement automated reports consolidating information from multiple sources (databases, operational systems, CRM). * **Operational data analysis**: Interpret data to detect deviations, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * **Continuous improvement management**: Propose and implement evidence-based corrective actions with impact analysis. * **Decision-making support**: Present insights and executive reports to leadership to guide operational strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** **Key Competencies** * Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools. * Ability to translate technical information into executive-level language. * Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). * 2–3 years of experience in process analysis and improvement. * Proven experience in **dashboarding** (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other tools). * Experience with **automated reporting** and consolidation of information from multiple sources. * Experience in **process documentation** and KPI development.
