Position Summary: Support the management, communication, and implementation of procurement strategies for Services and Indirect Materials, including market analysis and supplier management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in conducting market analysis and category evaluation. 2. Management of documentation and preparation of procurement reports. 3. Support in supplier qualification and cross-category projects. **Position Summary** **Location:** San Isidro \- Lima **Purpose of the Position:** * Assist in managing, communicating, and implementing procurement strategies across various categories of Services \& Indirect Materials. **A Day in the Life of...** * Support the execution of market analysis, category evaluation, and risk mapping, contributing to opportunity identification and understanding of impacts and trends affecting the category. * Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date virtual and physical document archives, such as quotations, purchase orders, etc., stored in the Procurement SharePoint. * Report Preparation: Generate supplementary reporting on KPIs, as required by management. * Supplier Analysis: Research and analyze supplier information for selection and database updates to ensure Compliance (best practices, responsibility, etc.). * Management of cross-category projects, including development and negotiation with suppliers. * Support in the company-wide supplier qualification process. * Update and monitor specific KPIs (Best Supply/Best Cost/Compliance). * Schedule and control the department’s dashboard. Support automation of routine procurement tasks. * **What Will Make You Successful** * Student from the 8th semester onward in Business Administration or Engineering. * Prior knowledge or experience in procurement is desirable (not mandatory). * Intermediate Excel skills. Intermediate English proficiency.
