Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented professional to oversee strategic operational control at our plant, managing data, inventories, and supply chain. Key Highlights: 1. At **Tecnofilm SAC**, a leading company in the production and distribution of plastic packaging, we continue to grow and are looking to bring aboard a key professional for strategic operational control to join our Plant team in **San Juan de Miraflores**. Your Main Responsibilities: * **Data Mastery:** Collect and analyze plant data to generate production reports and monitor key KPIs such as *efficiency* and *scrap*. * **Supply Assurance:** Ensure precise stock levels of raw materials, supplies, and packaging to prevent any production interruption. * **Inventory Control:** Conduct periodic audits and verifications (physical vs. system) to maintain zero deviations. * **System Management:** Record daily material consumption and issue identification labels for products on-site. ☑ What We Are Looking For: * **Education:** Technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year leading inventory planning, stock analysis, or supply management (Bonus points if you come from the **industrial sector**!). * **Tools:** Proficiency in logistics/ERP systems and data analysis tools (Power BI proficiency is desirable). * **Skills:** Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication with the plant team.
