Learn to operate melamine production machinery **Job Objective** Support melamine component and part production operations by learning and performing duties as a skilled operator on cutting, edge-banding, CNC, and assembly machines. The intern will gain real-world experience in an industrial setting and have the opportunity to train for a future career path within the company. **REQUIREMENTS** Graduates or students from technical institutes (SENATI or others) in fields such as: * Maintenance Mechanics * Production Mechanics * Industrial Production * Mechanical Design and Manufacturing * Universal Welder * Other technical programs related to manufacturing or mechanical processes. * Basic knowledge of industrial machinery, tools, and manufacturing processes. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings or basic fabrication drawings (desirable). * Availability for in-person internships in Santa Clara – Ate. * Strong willingness to learn wood/melamine industry processes. * Teamwork skills. * Attention to detail. * Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly. * Proactive attitude and willingness to perform physical work. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Operate and assist with machinery including: * **Automatic Squaring/Sectioning Saw** for straight cuts. * **Edge Banders** for thin and thick edge banding. * **CNC Router** for special cuts and drilling. * **Saws, drills, and hand tools**. * Perform measurements and inspections of parts per drawings and production orders. * Assist in assembling modules, special parts, and fit-testing. * Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with production supervisor instructions. * Support activities in material preparation, labeling, and quality control. * Comply with company-established production, safety, and quality standards. * Report incidents, machine failures, or production deviations. * Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
