Opportunities for career growth and job stability. **We are looking for a Lime Production Operator!** At **YANA Consulting**, on behalf of our client — a leading cement industry company — we are seeking a Lime Production Operator. (**Villa El Salvador**) **What will be your mission?** To efficiently and safely support the lime production process by performing operational tasks such as material handling, machine assistance, bagging, and maintaining area order and cleanliness — ensuring uninterrupted production, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the lime production process from raw material preparation to final product. * Operate, monitor, or assist with plant machinery and equipment as directed by supervisors. * Perform material/inventory loading, unloading, transportation, and organization. * Assist with bagging, palletizing, storage, or dispatch of finished products. * Verify that materials meet basic quality requirements during processing. * Maintain a clean and orderly work area. * Comply with safety protocols, proper use of PPE, and Holcim’s internal regulations. * Report equipment failures, incidents, machine stoppages, or any unsafe conditions. * Perform physical tasks typical of an industrial plant environment, including exposure to heat, dust, and constant movement. **Profile Requirements:** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in industrial or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in production, industrial plants, warehousing, construction, or similar sectors. * Ability to perform continuous physical labor. * Willingness to work in industrial environments with exposure to heat, dust, noise, and machinery. **Employment Conditions:** * Work Mode: On-site (Villa El Salvador) * Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off (rotating shifts across 3 shifts) * Direct payroll enrollment from day one * Food card * Mobility bonus If you are seeking to join a stable, reputable company offering job security and growth opportunities, this could be your next big step. **SEND YOUR CV TO: 965334189** Salary: S/.1,100.00 \- S/.1,250.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
