Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise the execution of fiber optic projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Supervise operational staff, contractors, and suppliers during project execution. * Coordinate with clients, external entities, and various departments within the company for project development. * Monitor physical and financial progress of projects, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Review and validate quantity surveys, valuations, and technical reports. * Verify compliance with technical specifications, internal procedures, and current regulations. * Supervise compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. * Manage human, material, and equipment resources assigned to the project. * Prepare progress, incident, and results reports for management. * Ensure technical and administrative closure of projects. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Business Administration. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Project Supervisor or in similar roles within **Fiber Optic / External Plant** projects. * Experience leading field personnel, contractors, and suppliers. * Knowledge of project management, fiber optics, process analysis, and inventory management. * Familiarity with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Leadership, organizational, planning, and pressure-management skills.
