Support in supplier negotiations and process improvement Job Description: **HC Suministros** is currently seeking a **PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS ANALYST** to join our team. ***Main Responsibilities***: * Perform inventory control and maintain minimum stock levels. * Execute purchase orders and monitor supplier performance. * Coordinate material receipt, storage, and dispatch. * Analyze inventory turnover and prevent stockouts. * Support logistics cost and supply chain evaluation. * Maintain up-to-date information in the ERP/WMS system. * Prepare logistics reports for decision-making. * Conduct cyclic inventory counts and participate in physical audits. * Classify products using ABC analysis for effective inventory management. * Identify slow-moving items and propose write-offs or liquidation. * Coordinate distribution routes with in-house or third-party transportation. * Generate logistics performance indicators (service levels, lead times, turnover). * Support supplier negotiations regarding pricing and delivery timelines. * Propose improvements to warehouse layout, picking, and operational processes. * Assist with other functions related to the department. * ***Requirements:*** * Education: Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics or inventory management, preferably in the industrial hardware sector. * ***Knowledge:*** * Inventory control and management, warehouse operations, ERP and logistics systems, intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * ***We Offer:*** * \-MYPE payroll registration. * \-Breakfast or snacks for all employees. * \-A paid day off on the employee's birthday. ***Working Hours:*** * Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM * Saturdays: 8:15 AM to 12:30 PM * Apply via this platform or ***WTSP: 905 433 661*** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,000\.00 per month Application Questions: * WHAT IS YOUR SALARY EXPECTATION? * HOW OLD ARE YOU? * HAVE YOU PREVIOUSLY WORKED AT AN INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE COMPANY?
