Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Sales Advisor to join a BPO specializing in multichannel sales, optimizing and managing sales processes for clients. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm specializing in multichannel sales. We optimize and manage our clients’ sales processes through physical and virtual channels, ensuring effective and customized results. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of call center sales experience, preferably with telecommunications products. * Availability to work from home Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Fixed rest day on Sundays. * A desktop computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11, processor i3 or equivalent, minimum 4GB RAM. Wired internet connection (minimum speed: 30 Mbps). * AnyDesk installed. Webcam and headphones with USB input or dual-input jack. **Responsibilities:** * Contact customers of other operators to encourage switching to MOVISTAR via exclusive benefits. **Pre-employment Training:** * Training (5 days): S/.20 per day\= S/.100 total **TRAINING SCHEDULE:** 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM * On-the-Job Training (OJT) (5 days) **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the General Regime (CTS, bonuses, ESSALUD, family allowance, etc.). * Fixed monthly salary of S/.1,130\. * Unlimited commissions (activated starting from the 21st sale\). * Internet attendance bonus: First and second month: S/.80; third month onward: S/.100\. * Monthly payroll (commissions paid the following month after performance). * Career progression path.
