Perform basic machinery maintenance and comply with safety regulations. **Job Description:** At **INDEHIL SAC**, a leader in the lighting industry, we are currently seeking a **Repusse Lathe Master**. Your primary objective will be to fabricate and shape metal parts for lighting fixtures using the lathe repoussé process, ensuring compliance with the highest quality standards and optimizing production time. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare, set up, and operate the repoussé lathe, selecting appropriate tools based on the type of metal and mold to be used. * Interpret manufacturing drawings, sketches, or physical samples to ensure correct dimensions and finishes. * Continuously inspect the quality of produced parts using measuring instruments (thickness, diameter, surface finish). * Optimize the use of metal discs or sheets to reduce raw material waste. * Perform basic autonomous and preventive maintenance of assigned machinery (cleaning and lubrication). * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations, correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Candidate Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed secondary education or technical studies (completed or incomplete) in Production Mechanics, Machine Tools, or related fields. * **Minimum Experience:** 1–3 years operating repoussé lathes in the metalworking sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments such as calipers and tape measures. * No payroll registration Benefits: * **Housing Services:** Accommodation or housing assistance provided by the company. * **Meals:** Includes a snack covered during the work shift. * **Continuous Training:** Learning opportunities to refine your workshop techniques.
