At **URBAN Arquitectos**, a construction firm specialized in high-standard corporate and residential projects, we are seeking a **Site Resident Engineer** to lead technical execution, ensuring quality, control, and timely delivery for the **Punta Negra Multi-family Project.** **Main Responsibilities** * Direct and supervise technical execution of construction work according to drawings and specifications. * Monitor schedule, budget, and physical progress. * Coordinate and lead on-site teams and subcontractors. * Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations. * Manage valuations, quantity take-offs, and cost control. * Prepare weekly progress reports for management and clients. * Represent URBAN Arquitectos technically before clients and authorities, demonstrating sound technical judgment and professional competence. **Required Profile** * Licensed and registered Civil Engineer. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Resident Engineer on similar projects. * Experience in cost and schedule control. **Proficiency in:** * AutoCAD * MS Project * Advanced Excel * Structural reading and interpretation * Knowledge of Peruvian technical regulations and construction management. **Key Competencies** * Strong on-site leadership. * High level of organization and control. * Ability to make decisions under pressure. * Results-oriented with commitment to deadlines. * Executive communication skills with corporate clients. * Proactivity and preventive mindset. **Terms** * Position type: Full-time – Permanent * Work mode: On-site (Punta Negra) * Urgent and immediate hiring Work location: On-site employment
