If you are passionate about **Human Resources** and wish to join a dynamic team that drives innovative concepts, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in the gastronomic sector). * Proficiency in digital tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, job boards). * Availability to work onsite in **Cercado de Lima**. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:45 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Post job advertisements on authorized portals and social media platforms. * Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with preselected candidates. * Provide support during the onboarding process for new hires. * Assist in organizing integration activities, trainings, and internal campaigns. * Address staff inquiries regarding HR matters and escalate them to the supervisor. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files for all employees, collaborating with branch administrators. * Prepare and register employment contracts, addendums, and renewals in coordination with the HR supervisor. * Record and monitor attendance, tardiness, leaves, medical leave, and vacation days. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the **microenterprise** regime. * Fixed salary plus bonuses for achieving performance targets. * Meal allowance covered. * Corporate discounts. * Opportunity for development.
