Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive salesperson with a positive attitude for in-store sales, delivery support, and social media content creation, delivering excellent customer service. At MUEBLES MAFER, we seek a young man or woman who is proactive, has a positive attitude, and is confident in sales, capable of delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities: * Conduct direct in-store sales to customers. * Assist with product delivery and restocking. * Conduct live broadcasts (TikTok) to promote store products. * Occasionally assist in creating content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (videos, photos, and product demonstrations). * Maintain a professional appearance and courteous communication with customers, both on social media and in-store. * Keep products used in live broadcasts and in-store neatly organized and properly displayed. Requirements: * Completed secondary education * Sales experience, preferably in the home furniture sector (especially dining sets and living room furniture) * Knowledge of live broadcasting * Good physical condition (as the job is in a furniture store) * Responsibility, punctuality, proactivity, and excellent customer interaction We Offer: * Compensation: S/ 1500 per month. * 2% commission on in-store sales. * Employment Type: Full-time, in-store. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10 am \- 7 pm (with one rotating day off, excluding weekends).
