Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Speech and Behavior Therapist to provide services to children with developmental needs, develop intervention plans, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team. Opportunity for growth and learning At **Creciendo Juntos Therapy Center**, we are looking for a dedicated, responsible, and service-oriented **Speech and Behavior Therapist** to support children with diverse developmental needs. Responsibilities: * Conduct speech therapy and/or behavior modification sessions. * Develop goals and intervention plans. * Monitor each patient's progress. * Guide parents on therapeutic progress. * Maintain patient records and progress documentation. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree, graduate, or final-cycle student in Psychology, Special Education, or related fields. * Experience in speech and/or behavior therapy (preferred). * Excellent interpersonal skills with children and their families. * Responsibility, punctuality, empathy, and commitment. * **Immediate availability.** * Availability for in-person work.
