Position Summary: We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to plan, supervise, and coordinate field activities, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize and plan daily construction site activities. 2. Supervise work execution and compliance with quality standards. 3. Coordinate and supervise field teams, providing technical support. We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of ***CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR.*** ***Requirements:*** * Civil Engineer or Architect. * 2 years of experience in this position. * Class A1 driver's license with 2 years of validity. * Experience driving on national routes. * Technical, regulatory, and management knowledge in telecommunications. ***Responsibilities:*** * Organize and plan daily construction site activities, assigning tasks to internal staff and/or contractors according to project priorities and schedule. * Supervise that works are executed in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards, while also ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Monitor proper use of materials, tools, and equipment; manage timely supply and replenishment; and supervise inventory to prevent waste and ensure availability. * Coordinate and supervise field work teams, providing continuous guidance and technical support. * Promote clear and effective communication, and manage resolution of any labor conflicts that may arise. * Monitor physical progress of the project to ensure adherence to scheduled deadlines; promptly inform coordinators and propose corrective actions in case of schedule deviations. * Prepare and submit progress reports, quality reports, and records of incidents or other relevant project events. * Maintain up-to-date technical and administrative documentation related to the project. * Comply with and enforce occupational health and safety regulations, promoting safe practices, proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and immediate reporting of any unsafe conditions or acts. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving project and organizational objectives.
