WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ORGANIZED, PROACTIVE PROFESSIONAL WITH TECHNICAL JUDGMENT AND **EXPERIENCE IN TECHNICAL FILES, FACTORY DECLARATIONS, CONSTRUCTION COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATIONS, AND DESIGN** OF ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS FOR MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS (VIS-TYPE AND BOUTIQUE-TYPE) AND OFFICE AND/OR MIXED-USE BUILDINGS; salary subject to evaluation, opportunity for career growth\-**career path**, and positive work environment. **Required Professional Profile:** * May hold a bachelor’s degree, be a licensed or registered Architect; **we only require a professional with verifiable experience in managing and coordinating technical files, factory declarations, construction compliance certifications, and preliminary design of multifamily residential buildings (VIS and BOUTIQUE-TYPE)** * Prior employment at architecture and/or engineering firms, real estate companies, or independent practice—properly documented—with experience in physical-legal regularization and preliminary design of multifamily and/or office buildings. * Proficiency in **architectural design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, among others).** * **Knowledge and experience in preparing construction compliance certifications, factory declarations, internal regulations, real estate unit segregation, SUNARP registry registration, surveying and updating architectural drawings.** * Basic interior design judgment. * **Familiarity with Peru’s National Building Code (RNE) and relevant regulations applicable to this type of project.** * Experience in drafting architectural drawings and technical files. * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of quantity take-offs, valuations, and budgeting across all disciplines. * Communication skills, teamwork ability, and strategic vision. * Ability to read, understand, and interpret structural, electrical, plumbing, gas, fire protection (ACI), HVAC, and mechanical engineering (IIMM) specifications. * Experience in drawing coordination and compatibility. **Main Responsibilities:** * **DEVELOP TECHNICAL FILES, FACTORY DECLARATIONS, CONSTRUCTION COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATIONS, AND DESIGN** OF ARCHITECTURAL PROJECTS FOR MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS **(VIS AND BOUTIQUE-TYPE MODELS) AND OFFICE AND/OR MIXED-USE BUILDINGS UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE COMPANY’S LEAD ARCHITECT**.
