Position Summary: We are seeking a Tools Assistant to manage and control the tools inventory, ensuring their proper functioning and availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and controls the workshop tools inventory 2. Ensures maintenance and proper functioning of equipment 3. Assists in warehouse organization and signage A company specializing in Mechanical Ventilation and Environmental Control is looking for a **TOOLS ASSISTANT** for its Surco branch. **Requirements:** * Technician graduate in Mechanics or Electricity or related fields (incomplete studies accepted). * 3 to 6 months of experience conducting workshop tools inventories. * Availability to work in Surco (near Ricardo Palma University) and travel to various districts of Lima, Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturdays from 8 AM to 11 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Perform quality control maintenance to ensure proper functioning. * Receive, identify, and properly store tools and equipment. * Issue and receive tools to technical staff using forms or a control system. * Verify the condition and functionality of tools before and after each service. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital warehouse inventory. * Record tool receipts, withdrawals, loans, and returns. * Report damaged, lost, or tools requiring maintenance or calibration. * Coordinate equipment dispatch for preventive, corrective maintenance, or calibration. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled warehouse following the 5S methodology. * Prepare tool kits according to the requirements of each Work Order (OTI). * Assist in receiving materials and equipment purchased by the company. * Conduct cyclic and general inventories. * Identify tool and consumables replenishment needs. * Comply with Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSOMA) regulations.
