Position Summary: We are seeking a Civil Engineer for public works supervision in Apurímac, responsible for technical review, progress and quality control, and administrative management. Administrative procedure management and follow-up **About the Position** We are currently seeking a Civil Engineer to serve as a **Surveyor** on a public works supervision project located in the Apurímac region. The contract is for 90 calendar days, renewable based on project progress. **Main Responsibilities** * Review of the Technical File of the Work and preparation of the Initial Report. * Submission of weekly and monthly progress reports, including photographic panels and video recordings. * Physical inspection and measurement of completed work for preparation of monthly valuations. * Verification of compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and quantity take-offs. * Review, approval, and signing of layout drawings submitted by the contractor. * Preparation and verification of the Valued Work Schedule and CPM scheduling in MS Project. * Quality control: participation in sample collection, testing, and laboratory assays. * Recording and resolution of queries in the Digital Construction Logbook (per Directive No. 009\-2020\-OSCE/CD). * Environmental impact assessment within the work’s area of influence. * Monitoring of administrative procedures and financial status of the work. * Preparation of the Completion Report and participation in the Work Acceptance Ceremony. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, duly registered and licensed. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience as a Surveyor and/or Supervisor and/or Responsible Officer in the execution and/or supervision of general construction projects (public and/or private), counted from date of professional registration. * Proficiency in MS Project and surveying tools. * Availability to work on-site in Apurímac. **Conditions** * Remuneration: S/ 4,000\.00 per month. * Travel allowances covered. * 8% income tax withholding (Fourth Category). * Payment within 5 days after submission and approval of corresponding monthly documentation. * Service contract.
