Job Summary: We are seeking a Store Salesperson for Chorrillos, responsible for ensuring an excellent shopping experience, identifying customer needs, and managing sales operations. Handle inquiries, exchanges, returns, and problem resolution We are currently looking for a **STORE SALESPERSON** for Chorrillos, with the objective of assisting buyers and ensuring an excellent shopping experience, with the following profile: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable products. * Explain product functionality, features, and benefits. * Handle inquiries, exchanges, returns, and resolve any issues with a service-oriented attitude. * Maintain shelves, counters, and display cases clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Ensure prices, promotions, and item codes are accurately updated and clearly visible. * Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and cash register, accepting cash or cards and issuing receipts. * Inform customers about current promotions or loyalty programs. * Conduct physical inventory counts and report missing items\- stock control. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree graduate * Over 2 years of experience in this position. * Over 2 years of experience in sales. * Experience handling cash registers. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel. Salary: Up to S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
