Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Assistant to manage and control inventory, as well as goods receipt and dispatch, within a beauty salon environment. Key Highlights: 1. Contributes to improving warehouse processes. ***WAREHOUSE/LOGISTICS ASSISTANT – BEAUTY SALON*** ***Requirements*** * *Completed technical or university studies in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Administration, or related fields.* * *Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Clerk, or in similar positions.* * *Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, filters, reports, and information control).* * *Solid knowledge of Kardex systems, inventory control, goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.* * *Experience in conducting cyclic and general inventories.* * *Experience in the beauty, retail, or mass-consumption sectors is desirable.* * *Organized, responsible individual with analytical capability.* * *Availability to work during standard office hours.* ***Responsibilities*** * *Register and update physical and digital Kardex records.* * *Monitor product, material, and supply inflows and outflows.* * *Verify goods receipt and ensure correct warehouse placement.* * *Conduct periodic inventories and stock reconciliations.* * *Prepare inventory and warehouse movement reports in Excel.* * *Coordinate product replenishment across multiple branches.* * *Maintain an orderly, clean, and properly labeled warehouse.* * *Identify inventory discrepancies and report them promptly.* * *Support improvements in warehouse control processes.
