




***Functions:*** * Receiving goods entering the facility. * Preparing orders for dispatch or pickup according to schedule, ensuring completeness. * Assisting in loading goods for dispatch. * Performing loading and unloading tasks for products inside or outside the warehouse, agencies, and customer locations. * Verifying products against the delivery note and obtaining customer confirmation signature upon delivery. * Ensuring the vehicle is clean and properly presented. * Maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness. * Assisting in unloading imported goods upon container arrival. * Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. ***Requirements:*** * Good physical condition. * Completed secondary education. * Basic knowledge of logistics, dispatch, inventory, and organization. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Warehouse or Dispatch Assistant. * Immediate availability to work Monday to Saturday (Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturdays 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM). * Work location in Pachacamac (General Warehouse). * Must reside in Villa El Salvador, Pachacamac, or nearby areas. ***Benefits:*** * Payroll inclusion from day one. * Company-provided safety equipment and uniform. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Labor benefits as a Small Business (growing company). * 50% vacation pay / 50% CTS / 50% bonuses. * Based on performance evaluation, an additional bonus may be granted in one of the three benefits (e.g., +50% bonus). * SCTR and Life Insurance coverage from day one.
