Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Warehouse Supervisor and Dispatcher to manage daily operations, supervise merchandise handling, and lead the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads daily warehouse and team operations. 2. Supervises receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching. 3. Responsible for inventory management, stock control, and order. **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR AND DISPATCHER** (HUAMANGA \- LIMSU) 01 PERSON We seek a dynamic, responsible, and committed individual with strong teamwork orientation and willingness to support various warehouse activities. **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Directly responsible for daily warehouse operations ✅ Supervise merchandise receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching. ✅ Distributes delivery route sheets and assigns operators. ✅ Leads execution by operators, drivers, and dispatch assistants. ✅ Receives, loads, and unloads merchandise. ✅ Assembles, prepares, and packages orders. ✅ Verifies products and quantities. ✅ Organizes and correctly locates merchandise. ✅ Conducts inventories and manages stock control. ✅ Maintains warehouse order and cleanliness. ✅ Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** ✅ Experience in warehousing, distribution, or similar roles. ✅ Availability to perform physical labor. ✅ Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. ✅ Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. ✅ Immediate availability. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** A proactive, organized, meticulous individual who handles merchandise carefully and is eager to learn and grow within the company. Work Location: Jr. Huamanga 166 \- Lima Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation: S/ 1,900\.00 Overtime pay recognized; enrollment in Remype payroll system with 50% benefits (free, CTS, 15 days vacation) Salary: S/.1,800\.00 \- S/.1,900\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
