Leadership and process optimization JOB OPENING – WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR **Impulso Hogar**, an importer and distributor of construction finishing and decoration materials, is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor** with experience in merchandise control, inventory management, and warehouse operational management. Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in similar positions. * Experience in companies with high merchandise turnover, including loading and unloading of products. * Knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehousing. * Ability to lead work teams. * Proactive, organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual. * Preferably residing near San Juan de Miraflores. Responsibilities * Supervise the receipt, unloading, storage, and dispatch of merchandise. * Ensure accurate physical inventory control and product traceability. * Coordinate continuously with the sales department to ensure efficient order fulfillment. * Supervise operational staff and assign daily tasks. * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety. * Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize warehouse operational processes to increase productivity and reduce errors. * Ensure proper recording of merchandise inflows and outflows. * Monitor stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
