Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for the warehouse department, responsible for comprehensive inventory management, receiving, dispatching, and optimization of logistics processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage inventory and warehouse movements. 2. Optimize receiving and dispatching processes. 3. Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely delivery. ENVIROCLEAN SAC (Environmental Engineering and Sanitation), a company with strong nationwide positioning providing Pest Control services, requires personnel to perform tasks in the warehouse area. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or university degree; bachelor's degree in Administration or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or logistics. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and verify purchase documents for Goods, Materials, Supplies, etc., delivered by suppliers. * Record warehouse movements (incomings and outgoings). * Optimize, organize, and plan order preparation, receiving, dispatching, and distribution. * Conduct inventory preparation, control, and stock management; supervise cyclic and general counts to ensure physical inventory matches system records. * Coordinate with suppliers for material supply, coordinate goods receiving and dispatching, and optimize storage space. * Properly organize products with correct labeling; attend to customer-required resources. * Knowledge of operational activities. . Personnel management and task assignment, workload distribution (receiving, picking, dispatching, and training) . Shrinkage management: Control of damaged, expired, or lost items. . Ensure orders reach customers within established timeframes; manage incidents and make rapid decisions in case of shipping delays or errors. . Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of equipment. . Correct storage of materials requiring specific conditions (e.g., chemicals). Skills: . Attention to detail: Critical to avoid product reference errors, verify expiration dates, and handle fragile items. . Teamwork: Essential to coordinate loading, unloading, and dispatching of goods with other operators and supervisors. . Effective communication: Enables prompt and clear reporting of incidents, shortages, or anomalies in goods to other departments. .
