A leading Peruvian automotive sector company, specializing in manufacturing engine gaskets, with presence in over 30 countries and extensive experience in distributing high-quality auto parts, is currently seeking **DISPATCH OPERATORS** to join its team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with willingness to learn and perform various warehouse-related tasks. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Receive and verify products according to shipping documents and work orders. * Perform receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatching activities for goods. * Verify quantities, documentation, and physical condition of products. * Record incoming, outgoing, and location movements of goods. * Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products. * Assist in stock control and reporting. * Maintain order and proper product placement within the warehouse. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 3 months’ experience in warehousing, dispatch, or distribution (preferred). * Availability to work on monthly rotating shifts. * Availability to work overtime. * Good physical condition to perform job-related tasks. * Commitment, responsibility, and willingness to work in a team. * Foreign applicants with valid documentation are welcome. WORK SCHEDULE Sunday: Day off. **Shift 1:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.; Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. **Shift 2:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. **Important:** Availability for both shifts is required, as monthly rotation applies.
