Top Talent, a consultancy specialized in talent attraction and selection, is looking for an **Order Warehouse Worker – Packer** to join the team of a leading company in the **medical and beauty products** sector, located in La Victoria, Lima. We seek a **responsible, organized, dynamic, and committed** individual capable of operating effectively in an operational, high-order-volume environment, ensuring accurate order preparation, organization, and dispatch. RESPONSIBILITIES * Receive, verify, and organize goods in the warehouse. * Prepare and pack orders of medical and beauty products. * Verify quantities, items, and conditions prior to dispatch. * Assist with basic inventory control. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse area. * Coordinate with the logistics department for correct order dispatch. * Comply with internal procedures for storage, order preparation, and dispatch. * Support efficient daily order flow management. * Perform other job-related duties assigned by supervision. REQUIREMENTS * Experience in warehouse operations, dispatch, picking, packing, or packaging — desirable. * Basic knowledge of inventory control. * Experience in operational roles — desirable. * Responsible, organized, and committed individual. * Attention to detail and speed in performing operational tasks. * Physical work capability. * Availability to work on-site in **La Victoria**. * Immediate availability. WORK SCHEDULE * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. COMPENSATION * **Base salary: S/ 1,200 per month.** * **Attendance and punctuality bonus: S/ 100 per month.** * **Productivity bonus: S/ 100 per month.** **Potential monthly income: up to S/ 1,400**, subject to fulfillment of conditions established by the company.
