Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting technician or university student for a role involving purchase registration, maintenance of accounting books, and bank reconciliations. Opportunity to apply proactivity and organizational skills in an accounting environment. **Position Profile:** * Male, aged 20–30, accounting technician, university studies completed or final-cycle students (flexible) * Minimum verifiable experience of 09 months. **Required Knowledge:** * Purchase registration in accounting software: invoices, receipts, credit notes, etc. * Prior experience with ConcAR or SISCOM is desirable. * Bank ledger, petty cash, and settlement of advances for reimbursement. * Bank reconciliations and account analysis. * Familiarity with import costing is preferred. * Basic Office proficiency and strong written communication skills are desirable. **Responsibilities:** * Verification and entry of payment vouchers into the accounting system; updating the Excel document control sheet. * Entry of petty cash journal entries into bank ledgers, bank books, and provisions in the general journal. * Downloading and tracking withholding tax, deduction, and perception vouchers. **Skills:** * Proactivity * Order and organization * Punctuality Work Location: On-site employment
