




Job Summary: We are seeking a Part-Time Administrator to strengthen the operational, commercial, and administrative management of a Music School and an Aesthetic Center. Key Highlights: 1. Ongoing training **PART-TIME ADMINISTRATOR** **Location:** Chorrillos, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Schedule:** Part-time (approximately 30 hours per week) **Compensation:** Negotiable based on experience About Us We are a Peruvian organization with two growing business units: a Music and Arts School catering to children, youth, and adults, and an Aesthetic Center specializing in facial and body treatments. We seek to hire an Administrator to help strengthen the operational, commercial, and administrative management of both units. Main Responsibilities * Supervise daily operations of the music school and aesthetic center. * Coordinate staff schedules, attendance, and fulfillment of duties for teaching, administrative, and technical personnel. * Monitor enrollments, renewals, reservations, and customer service. * Supervise the quality of in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp customer service. * Prepare management reports, performance indicators, and improvement proposals. * Control income, expenses, and basic administrative documentation. * Support the execution of commercial campaigns and marketing activities. * Supervise compliance with internal policies, procedures, and service protocols. * Propose strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience. * Coordinate events, recitals, workshops, promotions, and special activities. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative, coordination, or management roles. * Preferred experience in service-oriented companies, education, health, aesthetics, or customer service. * Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and digital tools. * Ability to lead teams and solve problems. * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation. * High level of organization, responsibility, and proactivity.
