Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and leadership-oriented Agronomist Engineer to supervise and manage the maintenance of green areas and irrigation systems in a real estate project. We are looking for an Agronomist Engineer to take responsibility for green areas and landscaping. ***Education:*** * Agronomist Engineer. ***Requirements:*** * Advanced knowledge of technified irrigation. * Experience in supervising forestry work, trees, and fumigation. * Knowledge of landscaping. * Experience in personnel management. * Availability to work in La Joya. * Proactive, with leadership ability and reliability. ***Responsibilities:*** * Develop, update, and/or improve the green area maintenance activity schedule. * Inspect maintenance activities and efficient irrigation management according to technical procedures to preserve the conservation status of green areas. * Evaluate the current condition of irrigation systems for conservation and improvement. * Prepare reports on green area maintenance activities for the immediate supervisor. * Supervise assigned personnel in delegated responsibilities. * Instruct operators on irrigation system operation to optimize tasks. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. ***We Offer:*** * Competitive salary + productivity bonuses. * Formal employment under the general labor regime. * Possibility of on-site camp accommodation. * Pleasant work environment. * Job stability.
