Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk for construction projects to manage materials, inventory, and coordinate shipments in Arequipa. Key Responsibilities: 1. At **Hergon S.A.**, we are looking for a **Warehouse Clerk** for a construction site located in **Arequipa**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or Technical Diploma in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience in construction sites and material warehouses, including at least one building project (e.g., school, educational institution, hospital, or health center).** * **Residence in Arequipa** (MANDATORY) * Knowledge and use of Kardex * Knowledge and use of ERP system * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency **Responsibilities** * Prepare material, equipment, and tool inventories and submit them to the Site Manager. * Control warehouse receipts, issues, and stock (Kardex). * Coordinate and monitor supplier shipments according to purchase orders. * Maintain clean warehouses and storage areas, complying with company safety standards. * Receive materials and verify quantities against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, payment receipts, Quality Certificates, and Safety Data Sheets, as applicable, for system entry. * Report any incidents occurring during material receipt to the relevant departments. * Prepare goods receipt reports prior to voucher issuance. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
