Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Indefinite) **What are we looking for?** Responsibilities: * Manage contracts and renewals of services provided by Engineering vendors * Monitor established SLAs and KPIs for Engineering vendors * Automate processes (e.g., expiration alerts, penalty collections, document management) * Monitor vendor performance using data analytics, statistics, and AI * Evaluate Business Cases supporting Engineering vendor tenders \- Connect business needs with Engineering services to evolve the IT-Business relationship * Define third-party profiles (by specialty) required within Engineering’s vendor contracts * Perform other duties assigned by your immediate supervisor or that support your continuous improvement Requirements: * Degrees: Economics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, etc. * Hard Skills: Advanced Excel, basic SQL, intermediate cost knowledge * Soft Skills: Integrity, analytical mindset, negotiation, assertive communication **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
