Job Summary: We are seeking an Online Commercial Advisor with a passion for sales to advise customers, manage orders, and promote products, ensuring excellent communication and follow-up. If you are outgoing, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about sales, this is your opportunity! Your responsibilities will include: * Providing comprehensive customer consultation to ensure purchases meet customer expectations. * Conducting follow-ups via phone calls or WhatsApp messages. * Quoting customer orders and forwarding them to the dispatch department. * Recording sales and customer data in the management system. * Actively using digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp status updates) to promote products. * Contacting and following up with campaign prospects within established timeframes. * Adhering to and respecting internal company processes and policies. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as a salesperson. * Knowledge of motorcycle spare parts (not mandatory). * Proficiency in office software, organization, and planning. * Effective communication, empathy, negotiation, persuasion, and ability to interact with wholesale and retail customers. * Goal-oriented mindset. * Availability to work in Lima-Comas. * Availability to work Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM) and Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:30 PM).
