Opportunity to learn sales **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** As Vitalic Real Estate and Construction, we seek experienced real estate advisors (who enjoy and wish to learn sales). Residence in districts of Chiclayo (Mandatory). Valid national ID (DNI), must be of legal age. Minimum: completed secondary education. Positive attitude and desire for stable employment. **REQUIREMENTS** \-At least 1 year of work experience in sales. \-Minimum 6 months of experience as a real estate advisor. \-Social media management skills. \-Client prospecting. \-Call management. \-Teamwork ability and empathy. \-Strong verbal communication skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES** \-Provide advisory services to potential clients in a manner that achieves established objectives. \-Fieldwork. \-Conduct client visits to deliver information and close sales. \-Actively participate in induction programs, sales clinics, training, capacity building, and sales force improvement initiatives. \-Manage visits to various projects to facilitate sales closure. **WE OFFER:** \-Attractive commissions. \-Work attire. \-Continuous training in the field. \-Excellent working environment.
