What will you do? * Record accounting transactions: purchases, sales, and accruals * Perform bank reconciliations and track movements * Execute pre-approved payments and manage banking platforms * Administer withholding taxes (individual and bulk), ensuring proper compliance * Analyze accounting accounts and identify deviations * Prepare Excel reports for control and decision-making * Provide support in processes related to labor regulations (Decree Law No. 728 and construction sector) What are we looking for? * Technical or university graduate in Accounting * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles * Advanced proficiency in Excel * Experience managing multiple banking platforms * Experience with Proyect BMS system * Knowledge of withholding tax regulations, retention rules, and tax compliance * Analytical, organized, and discerning profile for accounting management What do we offer? * Fees: S/ 1,800 gross (service invoice) * Key role in financial control and operational order * Opportunity to contribute through analysis and continuous improvement * Work modality: On-site Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
