Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant - Finished Product to record, plan, and supervise the distribution, inbound receipt, and dispatch of products. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and Execution of Warehouse Inventory At Industrial V \& G, we are currently searching for personnel to join our team for the position of WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT \- **FINISHED PRODUCT**. Requirements: * Currently pursuing Technical Studies in Industrial Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Availability to commute to Puente Piedra (Work Location). Responsibilities: * Record inbound receipts of finished products via ERP and plan product distribution within the warehouse according to rotation and shipping schedule. * Enter merchandise into the ERP system based on purchase orders. * Validate orders and coordinate with sales representatives for release and dispatch of finished products and merchandise. * Supervise order picking in accordance with delivery notes and requirements. * Supervise loading of products onto transport units; and/or delegate verification that the route sheet matches the dispatched merchandise. * Coordinate and conduct selective inventory of finished products. * Coordinate the overall warehouse inventory and support execution of inventories at other warehouses as required. * Manage appointments for franchise order deliveries. * Manage and coordinate pickups, returns, or exchanges upon authorization from the Commercial Department.
