One of the leading companies in the textile industry is seeking an **AUDIT ASSISTANT.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Bachelor’s degree or Licentiate in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar functions (internal audit, internal control, or risk management) (mandatory). \- Advanced Excel proficiency and report writing skills (mandatory). \- Diploma or specialization in Auditing, Risk Management, or COSO (preferred). \- Operational knowledge of SAP (MM/SD/FI) and Power BI (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Execute and conduct process audits across various corporate sectors (Retail, Services, Real Estate, and Industrial), from audit planning through follow-up on identified observations. \- Prepare audit reports, observations, and recommendations. \- Execute and conduct operational audits, including on-site visits to retail stores to verify compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies. \- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying weaknesses and opportunities for improvement. \- Support the development of the Annual Audit Plan. \- Provide support in executing, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with internal regulations or other requirements set forth by the Board of Directors. \- Follow up on ethics or corruption-related complaints. \- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
