We are **ALVCOM**, a company specializing in financial services outsourcing, composed of professionals with extensive experience in banking, commercial, and service sectors. Currently, we work with **BANBIF, BCP, INTERBANK, and BBVA.** **Requirements:** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Back Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, or similar roles in the financial sector. * Knowledge of financial and intangible products. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate credit applications according to established policies and guidelines. * Prepare financial reports, management indicators, and control dashboards. * Perform entry, tracking, and control of credit operations. * Manage the process through to post-disbursement. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize risks in the credit process. **Competencies:** * Analytical ability (mandatory). * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Professional commitment and ethics. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Salary between S/ 1,200 and S/ 1,500, depending on experience. * Opportunity for professional growth and development. * Excellent working environment. * On-site work in San Isidro. * Employment modality: Service Fee Receipts (Recibos por Honorarios). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Prior experience in credit operation evaluation, monitoring, or management is mandatory.** If you meet the profile and wish to join a leading company in the financial sector, apply with us.
