Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant for our ice cream plant, responsible for verifying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), conducting inspections, and supporting quality management and training. We are currently looking for a **Quality Assistant** for our ice cream production plant. Requirements * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Food Industry Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or food industry technicians * Minimum 6 months of experience in quality control or assurance (preferably in the food industry) * Knowledge of GMP, POES, HACCP, and food safety regulations * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Proactivity, responsibility, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team Responsibilities * Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during the production process. * Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. * Complete and review quality control records. * Perform monitoring of temperature, cleaning, and hygienic\-sanitary conditions. * Support document management for the Quality Management System. * Report deviations and follow up on corrective actions. * Support training related to food safety and quality. * Other duties assigned by the Quality Manager.
