Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketplace Channels Assistant to manage and monitor sales on digital platforms, ensuring proper management of products, orders, and inventory. Key Highlights: 1. Requires organizational skills and attention to detail We are currently looking for a **Marketplace Channels Assistant** to support the management and monitoring of sales conducted through our various digital platforms. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure that products, orders, inventory, and shipments are properly managed. Responsibilities * Manage sales channels on Falabella, Ripley, Intercorp, and Mercado Libre. * Register and update products across different platforms. * Review product information, pricing, and availability. * Monitor received orders on a daily basis. * Validate generated shipments. * Verify stock availability in the system and warehouse. * Assist in order preparation. * Coordinate shipments from various stores. * Track pending orders. * Prepare sales and operational reports. * Support the creation of content for new products. * Issue payment receipts via SUNAT. Requirements * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with marketplace platforms or digital stores is desirable. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Strong communication skills. * Proactivity and responsibility. * Willingness to continuously learn. Working Conditions **Work Mode:** On-site. **Location:** Av. Universitaria 7195, Comas – Lima. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Fixed Salary:** S/1,200.00 per month. How to Apply?
