




We are a company with more than 20 years of experience in the comprehensive implementation of retail stores in shopping malls, and we are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** with experience in: * Supporting the identification, evaluation, and selection of suppliers for construction materials, carpentry, and retail furniture. * Managing quotations, price comparisons, and alternative analysis. * Placing purchase orders and tracking deliveries according to project and assembly schedules. * Keeping the supplier registry, prices, and commercial terms up to date. * Coordinating material requirements and delivery times with the projects and warehouse departments. * Monitoring compliance with quality standards for purchased materials. * Assisting in negotiating commercial terms with suppliers. Requirements: * **Education**: Technical degree in Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum of 1 to 2 years in purchasing, preferably in the construction, carpentry, furniture, or exterior design sectors. * **Technical knowledge**: Familiarity with materials and supplies used in retail projects (finishes, furniture, accessories, hardware, lighting, etc.). Intermediate Excel skills and ERP systems (desirable). Negotiation, organizational, and stress management abilities. * **Residence**: In Chorrillos or nearby districts.
