Job Summary: We are seeking a procurement professional to manage the acquisition of supplies, negotiate with suppliers, ensure timely delivery, and control costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage the procurement of supplies, raw materials, and goods 2. Supplier negotiation and evaluation 3. Cost control and improvement of procurement processes Cafetería DON GUTO is seeking a procurement professional to work at its Miraflores location. Requirements * Technical or university degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics, preferably in the foodservice industry, cafés, restaurants, or food and beverage sector. * Knowledge of inventory management and stock control. * Experience in supplier negotiation and evaluation. * Proficiency in purchase orders, quotations, and delivery tracking. * Familiarity with procurement KPIs (costs, inventory turnover, service level, etc.). * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills. * Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software (preferred) * Competencies * Planning and organization. * Knowledge of the Restaurante.pe system (preferred) Main Responsibilities * Manage the procurement of supplies, raw materials, and goods. * Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers. * Ensure timely product supply. * Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts. * Coordinate goods receipt and distribution. * Control costs and propose improvements to procurement processes. * Prepare departmental reports and KPIs. Salary: S/.1,025.00 – S/.2,110.80 per month Work Location: On-site employment
