Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support procurement management, inventory control, order tracking, and supplier coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Management of material receipt and dispatch in the warehouse **URGENT HIRING FOR A LOGISTICS ASSISTANT** **PROFILE** * Technical or university graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or procurement functions. * Knowledge of inventory management, supply management, and document control. * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Familiarity with logistics processes and performance indicator monitoring is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support procurement, service, and logistics documentation management and control. * Track order closure, services, and warehouse movements. * Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory controls. * Coordinate with suppliers for goods and services procurement. * Record orders, receipts, and shipments in the system or Excel. * Assist in material receipt, storage, labeling, and dispatch. * Maintain warehouse organization and control. * Assist in internal document distribution across departments. **BENEFITS** * Full payroll registration with all statutory social benefits * Profit-sharing Workplace: On-site employment
