Excellent work environment At Corporate Security Consultants, a company with over 5 years of experience in the security sector, we are looking for an Operations Assistant. We seek a professional with domain knowledge and some prior experience, who is eager to continue learning and developing. In this role, you will be supported by a mentor who will guide you through your training and workplace adaptation process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Drafting and submitting incident reports, occurrence reports, operational forms, and asset records, in accordance with each client’s specific requirements. * Submitting personnel files to public and private entities. * Preparing cover letters and response documents to requests from public and private entities. * Requesting and sending staff attendance sheets to responsible departments for service validation. * Reporting any deficiencies, problems, or irregularities encountered during task execution—or during implementation of corrective actions—to your immediate supervisor. * Performing other duties within your scope of competence, as well as any self-initiated tasks contributing to improved company efficiency. **Requirements:** * University degree in Systems Engineering and/or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in security companies. * Proficiency in document management. * Advanced Excel skills. * Familiarity with public-sector administrative procedures. * Immediate availability. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in security companies. **Work Modality:** * On-site / Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **We Offer:** * Full statutory employment benefits from day one. * Timely salary payments on the 15th and last day of each month. * Market-competitive salary. * Opportunity to develop a career path. * Excellent work environment.
