Description
Position Summary:
Customs dispatch coordinator responsible for managing documentation, booking, customer service, and tracking of logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
Receives instructions from customers regarding container loading and dispatch documentation.
Coordinates with courier services and customers to collect original documents and/or signed forms, arranging SENASA inspections when required.
Creates O/S entries in the system and completes the review form for each dispatch, including partial dispatches derived from a preceding regime.
Books containers through freight agencies and confirms container stuffing locations.
Handles customer technical inquiries; escalates unresolved issues to the department head or General Manager.
Prepares dispatch proforma invoices and coordinates customer payments; for orders received via C\&B, requests payment through that company's remote SINTAD system.
Maintains an updated daily planning schedule.
Sends status updates to customers within the required timeframe and format.
Sends management indicators to customers.
Requests transportation, storage, crane, and forklift services (when required by the customer) from vendors.
Coordinates with the Dispatch Manager on physical verification, SENASA inspections, and any additional communication with warehouses.
Enters appropriate annotations for dispatch tracking.
Monitors deadlines for regularization of advance and urgent dispatches.
Tracks progress with DAM until release is obtained.
Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month
