EXPERIENCED DENTAL ASSISTANT

Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and reliable dental assistant to welcome patients, prepare treatments, assist the dentist, and maintain the clinic. Key Responsibilities: 1. Dental assistance and courteous patient interaction 2. Instrument handling, sterilization, and support during treatments 3. Organization, reliability, and excellent communication skills PROFILE: * Welcome patients and provide courteous service in the dental office * Prepare patients for treatments or check-ups ensuring their comfort * Select and set up required instruments, equipment, and materials * Properly sterilize instruments using an autoclave (operational knowledge required) * Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques * Perform laboratory tasks as instructed * Maintain the dental operatory clean and well-equipped * Schedule appointments / coordinate with specialist dentists * Maintain accurate patient records including clinical history, and assist with payment procedures and daily cash reconciliation * Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods * Proficient computer skills for patient care and treatment tracking (as instructed) * Excellent interpersonal communication skills * Attention to detail regarding patient care, assistance, and cleanliness * Well-organized and reliable * "RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, PUNCTUALITY, AND KINDNESS" * Flexibility to accommodate schedule changes * Experience with odontograms and budgeting systems (as instructed) * Competence and composure * Maintain personal grooming and hygiene * One-month paid probationary period * NOT FOR STUDENTS SALARY: S/1550 SOLES (PAID BIWEEKLY OR MONTHLY AT EMPLOYEE'S OPTION) Position Type: FULL-TIME (9:00 AM\- 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM \- 10:00 PM) * Flexible weekly day off (MONDAY OR SUNDAY BASED ON CLINIC SCHEDULE) * CONTACT: 910859256 (WHATSAPP ONLY) Position Type: PERMANENT Salary: S/1550 per month Work Location: ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT Position Type: FULL-TIME Work Location: ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT Salary: From S/.1,550\.00 per month Work Location: ON-SITE EMPLOYMENT
