We are **Alupar Peru**, a leading multinational company specializing in the development and construction of energy transmission line projects. We are currently seeking a **Land Assistant** for our team in Lima. **What are we looking for?** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Geographic Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. * Minimum general experience of 6 months to 2 years in technical, documentary, land-related, legal, cadastral, or project management support tasks. * Preferred experience in land management, physical-legal regularization, right-of-way, easements, cadastre, electrical projects, transmission lines, or similar projects. * Basic knowledge of document management, file review, notarial, registry, and administrative procedures. **Basic knowledge of reading blueprints, coordinates, land records, registry entries, and property or possession documentation is preferred.** * Basic or intermediate proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in GIS and CAD tools. * Ability to use specialized software such as ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, AutoCAD, among others. * Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel to various regions across the country, as required by the project. * Willingness to travel to field locations across different provinces of the country, according to project needs. **Benefits:** * 100% EPS health insurance coverage for the employee and dependents * Hybrid work schedule * Meal card * Mobility bonus Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1\.00 per hour Application question(s): * Where do you currently reside?
