PROFILE REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Completed secondary education; incomplete higher education. * Experience: Minimum 6 months in customer service or similar roles in restaurants. * Knowledge: \- Customer service and suggestive selling techniques. \- Basic menu knowledge. \- Restaurant point-of-sale system operation (desirable). \- Dining room service procedures, takeout order packaging, and coordination with cashier. \- Basic hygiene standards, personal presentation, and food handling practices. * Skills: \- Proactive attitude and vocation for service. \- Clear communication and courteous demeanor. \- Organization and teamwork. \- Ability to work under pressure. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Greet customers warmly and escort them to available tables according to dining room availability. \- Present the menu and take orders. \- Enter orders into the system or accurately communicate them to the kitchen and cashier areas. \- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining impeccable presentation and attention to service details. \- Coordinate payment with the cashier, verifying accuracy of information. \- Address any customer requests, questions, or complaints during service, escalating when necessary. \- Promptly and discreetly remove soiled plates and utensils after each service. \- Know menu items and their key features to advise customers effectively. \- Perform suggestive selling to customers. \- Adhere daily to personal presentation and uniform standards. \- Follow restaurant-established hygiene, food handling, and safety regulations.
