This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!** B2B Project Chief **Lead business transformation with us!** If you are passionate about managing high-impact projects and turning ideas into results, **this opportunity is for you.** **We are seeking a B2B Project Chief.** **Location:** El Salvador **Primary Purpose:** Lead and coordinate all internal projects of the B2B Business Unit and corporate-level initiatives involving B2B, Millicom, and external entities; ensuring efficient management of digital services, launch of new products, and continuous process improvement. Additionally, drive the creation and development of plans and platforms supporting business growth and evolution. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure execution of the Business Unit’s key strategic projects. * Ensure execution of continuous improvement projects and processes within the Corporate Business Unit. * Ensure that new B2B product launches are executed correctly, guaranteeing the existence of processes, manuals, access rights, training, developments, and commercial analyses. * Represent the Corporate Business Unit SV in regional forums related to continuous improvement, new digital product projects, and Core. * Lead the creation and maintenance of plans, promotional codes, and corporate offers. * Lead operational management and continuous improvement of the tool. * Ensure timely and accurate execution of the corporate RollOver. * Ensure timely and accurate execution of base alignment in corporate plans. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in strategic project management or digital transformation. * Prior experience leading multidisciplinary teams. * Experience participating in product launches (pricing definition, offer and commercial plan management) or process improvement. * Certifications such as PMP, Lean, or similar. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Strategic thinking. **Apply now and be part of the future of telecommunications in El Salvador!** **\#JobOpportunity \#TigoElSalvador \#Telecommunications \#ProfessionalGrowth** \#TigoElSalvador Our people are the soul of Tigo El Salvador.
