Position Summary: We are seeking talent to issue invoices, receipts, delivery guides, and register sales, coordinating with other departments for proper document management. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and registration of sales information We are looking for the best human talent to perform the following responsibilities: **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Issue invoices, receipts, and delivery guides for product sales. * Verify correct customer, order, and pricing information prior to billing. * Register sales in the company's system. * Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch departments for accurate document issuance. * Issue credit or debit notes as applicable. * Archive and maintain control of issued documents. * Support daily billing closure and sales reporting. **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Microenterprise payroll registration * Full-time schedule: 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, and half-day on Saturday * Located 15 minutes from Mall del Sur and Atocongo or San Juan train stations * Must reside in areas near SAN JUAN DE MIRAFLORES * Excellent work environment, activities, and team-sharing!
