




Position Summary: Provides administrative and operational support to Breakbulk Cargo staff, ensuring the proper flow of operations and managing incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and stock control Provide administrative and operational support, as required, to the operational staff in the Breakbulk Cargo area, channeling instructions and recording incidents affecting the area's operational efficiency, thereby ensuring the proper flow of operations. FUNCTIONS Process in the system the resources to be used for cargo dispatch per HBL. Monitor stock levels of materials required for area operations. Record inventory reports per HBL. Report operational incidents affecting the physical condition of LCL cargo to the commercial department. Verify correct labeling and identification of deconsolidated breakbulk cargo. Monitor the deconsolidation process of breakbulk cargo. Carry out breakbulk cargo dispatch. Ensure correct uploading of photos and reports for each HBL into the web system for third-party viewing. Channel any operational requests to ensure smooth operations. Perform any other related tasks assigned within the scope of competence. Requirements Graduate in technical programs such as Industrial Administration, Business Administration, or International Trade. Minimum of 1 year in similar positions at operational yards, customs agencies, or freight forwarding agencies; or at distribution centers; or 6 months of experience in operations areas with personnel reporting to the candidate. Desirable knowledge in Logistics Management, Operational Efficiency, Customs Logistics, International Trade, Customs Procedures, and/or Personnel Management.
