Participation in financial control improvements Ensure corporate budget control and monitoring, prepare financial and economic analyses to support sound decision-making, track financial management indicators, and ensure achievement of the company's economic objectives. **Location:** Surco, Lima **Responsibilities:** * Support the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget. * Analyze variances between actual results and budget, proposing corrective actions. * Control efficient resource utilization by cost center. * Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow statements. * Analyze profitability by business unit, crop, customer, and market. * Monitor agricultural, production, and export costs. * Evaluate standard vs. actual costs and contribution margins. * Support financial planning and funding requirements. * Monitor financial KPIs and develop managerial dashboards. * Participate in financial control improvements, audits, and processes. * Support ERP implementation and enhancement, as well as reporting automation. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 4 years in planning, budgetary control, and financial analysis within agroindustry (mandatory). * Office tools: Advanced Excel proficiency, Project, and data analysis tools (Power BI or similar). * Immediate availability **Working Conditions:** * MYPE payroll with all statutory benefits. * Professional career path and development opportunities. * Collaborative work environment.
